What follows is the agreement between you and HI-HEALTH SUPERMART CORP. (EIN 86-0262033), which trades as HI-HEALTH SUPERMART and operates heraldhealthgroup.com. It covers who may buy, what is promised, what is not, and which state's law decides any disagreement.

Acceptance of Terms

Age and capacity

The Issue Line range consists of dietary supplements. Under United States law they are foods, not drugs. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results vary, and a qualified healthcare professional should be consulted first.

Sending something back

The return window is 30 days from delivery and it applies whether or not the seal is broken. Start it at mast@heraldhealthgroup.com. Once the goods arrive back, the refund is put through to the original payment method and clears in 5 to 10 business days. We do not deduct a restocking fee.

Ownership of the content

The text, images, layout and code on this site belong to HI-HEALTH SUPERMART CORP. or to the parties who licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, republishing or building something derived from them needs our written permission first.

Liability cap

Our liability to you is limited to the sum you paid for the product the claim concerns. Issues and withdrawals
